Common questions

How do I pick the right cover size?

Measure the widest, deepest and highest points with the chairs pushed in. Choose a cover 0.8-2 in (2-5 cm) wider and deeper than that, so air can still move at ground level. The size finder above does the matching.

Are the covers waterproof?

Yes. Every cover in the size table is waterproof polyester. Water can still pool on a flat top, so raise the center to let rain run off. Dry furniture before covering it, and bring cushions inside during long wet spells.

Does a shade sail keep the rain out?

No. Our shade sails and shade nets let rain through. They're made for shade, not as a roof. Take them down in severe weather or when you're away for a long time.

What comes with a shade sail?

The Harbor Triangle Shade Sail with Storage Bag comes with D-rings in every corner and a storage bag. Mounting hardware isn't included, though some colors come with a 24-piece hardware kit. Have your anchor points checked before you install.

Will the screen fit my door?

Measure the clear opening. The Flux screen comes in 35 x 83 in and 39 x 83 in and fixes to the frame with hook-and-loop tape, so you need at least 0.8 in of clean, flat frame at the top and on both sides. For wider doors, there is a made-to-measure Flux screen in widths from 59 to 118 in.

How do I clean them?

Brush off loose dirt, then wash with cool water and a mild soap. Rinse and let it air-dry fully. No bleach, dryer, pressure washer or abrasive brushes.

What does delivery cost?

Standard delivery costs $6.95, or nothing on orders of $49 or more. Each product page shows the delivery time for your country.

What if it doesn't fit?

Return it unused within 30 days of delivery, in the original packaging. Dry fit it before it goes outside. Refunds follow once we receive and check the return.
